- Bring a 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil to medium heat in a fry pan
- Cut your chicken breast into strips and add to the pan
- Once the chicken has browned, add your green & red peppers, as well as the tomato paste and garlic paste
- Stir all together and let the vegetables brown in the pan
- Add the red onion and soy sauce and stir all together. It is now ready to serve inside your tortillas!
Spicy Guacamole Ingredients: 1 Large Avocado, 1 Lime, 1 Diced Jalapeno, 1 Small Diced Tomato
- Peel and pit your avocado. Cut your avocado then by running your knife horizontally and then vertically across the avocado (forming a checkerboard pattern)
- Put the cut avocado in a bowl and mash it with the back of a fork
- Cut the lime in half and squeeze the fresh juice into the bowl
- Add the jalapeno to the bowl (for only a mild amount of spice, remove the seeds from the jalapeno)
- Add the diced tomato to the bowl and salt to taste
- Stir all the ingredients and let it rest in the fridge for 1/2 an hour to allow for the flavour to develop. It is now ready to serve as a delicious spread inside your fajitas!
